This design features the use of only one color. The estimated number of skeins needed to complete it is two 8.7 yard skeins of DMC 6 strand floss. If you choose something from another line of threads, adjust your yardage accordingly.The perfect design to experiment with specialty threads!I stitched my piece using one ball of three strand variegated silk floss from Valdani in ‘Orchids’ #S1 on 28ct. jobelan, ‘Glowing Dreams’ from Fiberlicious Yummy Fibers.
