Description
Dingbats Redux is an update of the original Dingbats pattern. The new version now includes two sizes of blocks in a fun layout. This is a modern block-based quilt with no curved or set-in piecing. These instructions guide you through some easy straight line piecing to make stunning retro-inspired dingbats. The Large Dingbat blocks measure 20-1/2″ x 20-1/2″ (20″ x 20″ finished). The Small Dingbat blocks measure 10-1/2″ x 10-1/2″ (10″ x 10″ finished).
Fabric Requirements:
- Sm. Dingbat Block – (4) 5-1/2″ x 14″ OR 1/4 yd
- Lg. Dingbat Block – (4) 10-1/2″ x 20″ OR 5/8 yd
- Accent (tips of arms) – 1/4 for all blocks or 1-1/2″ strip per block if different
- Background – 4 yds
- Binding – 5/8 yd
- Backing – 3-1/2 yds or 1-3/4 yds 108″ wide
